How to: Pepper Blanch

*
Blanch peppers: 2 minutes — worked perfectly.
Label peppers before picking — especially when hot and sweet looks identical.
Do not use taste-testing as the identification system.

Another words:
Don't do has I did.
I lost my peppers' labels and I said "I can remember - the sweet peppers are bigger"
No - they all looked the same when I picked them.
*
Taste test - well somehow most of the rings I picked - were hot.
*
I will freeze them and use them and smile when someone else gets a hot one.
*
Forgot to say:
“Yesterday I was hot stuff. Today I label my peppers.” 😂
