Last year I didn't plant any garlic.
I left the garlic to flower and go to seed.
This year I had garlic growing everywhere - even in places that I didn't want.
I saved some of the biggest bulbs and I'm going to plant some cloves this fall.
One year I had enough garlic to preserve in oil, freeze and share with all the neighbours that wanted some.
