Seedlings - Damping Off - what do you do?

What do you do when your seedlings were looking great yesterday and today they're droopy and half dead?
I usually do a loud roar - and come back later.

So frustrating - but I just learn from the experience, sow some more seeds and move on.

So far so good!
Seeds are healthy - no signs of aphids or diseases.
Trying to stay calm and not rush things - like hardening them off before it warms up outside.
