Have you tried drying fruit or making juice from scratch?

Share how you did it, what worked and any tips for others who want to try.
I have done - Juice.
Tomato and Grape.
I froze some and canned some. I think I like the frozen juice better.

What’s happening in your garden this week?
Plants, blooms, pests, harvests—anything noteworthy. Post your observations, share a photo if you like, and tell us what worked (or didn’t).
Nothing! Still have snow!

Share how you do it. :)

Growing on a sunny window; I think as much light as you can give them.
Now I am growing under grow lights and my tomato plants are turning purple. I think maybe they are ...

*Did you know?
Cardinals don’t migrate - their bright red feathers help them defend territory even in deep winter.*
I have these all year.
Fun to see the parents feeding their babies.

Re: 📬 Did You Know? Gardening Facts

Did you know carrots used to be purple?
The orange ones we eat today are a more recent variety.
Has anyone grown purple carrots before?
How did they turn out?

One year I sowed some carrots;
When it was time to harvest they were not all the colours that I sowed.
It was interest - I ate them ...
