Have you tried drying fruit or making juice from scratch?

Share how you did it, what worked and any tips for others who want to try.

I have done - Juice.
Tomato and Grape.
I froze some and canned some. I think I like the frozen juice better.

For large seeds, I like the paper towel method.
Small seeds I use soil.

The orange ones we eat today are a more recent variety.

I am in zone-5 and we have two feet of snow, but it's starting to melt.

One year I lost my seeds of an heirloom tomato that my neighbour gave me - guess what?
I found it growing in the compost pile.
